    Hello.

    I made a test discount rule for b2b users.

    As you can see, the discounted price of this test product is $13.30 (original $14.00),
    but when the item is added to the cart, it becomes $0.01.

    This problem occurs when choosing KRW, JPY as the default currency,
    but doesn’t occur when choosing USD, GBP, EURO as the default currency.

    I believe it’s because KRW and JPY are much smaller than USD, GBP, EURO.

    1 KRW=0.000701 USD
    1 JPY=0.006987 USD

    Can you please tell me how I can fix this problem?

    The currency plugin I’m using is Curcy.

    Thanks for getting in touch and for providing those screenshots. I can see the price discrepancy issue you’re experiencing in the side-cart from your screenshots.

    Could you please help clarify:

    1. Is this same pricing issue also occurring on the main cart page and checkout page? (or just the side cart)
    2. Are you only using B2BKing Core or also B2BKing Pro?

    The fact that you’re seeing different prices between the product page and cart is often characteristic of a plugin conflict. While this could be related to Curcy specifically, it might also be caused by another plugin interfering.

    To help narrow down the cause, could you please try:

    1. Deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce, B2BKing, and Curcy
    2. Switching to the default WooCommerce Storefront theme
    3. Let me know if the issue persists after these changes

    This will help us determine if there’s a conflict with another plugin or theme.

    Hello. Thank you for writing back to me.

    I tried everything you suggested, but none of them fixed this issue.

    So I checked the same with another currency plugin FOX, and didn’t see the problem.

    I believe this problem is caused by Curcy and will contact the Curcy developer instead.

    Hello. I just got an answer from Curcy’s developer.

    “Thank you for the details. We did review their plugin thoroughly and tried it on our environment. From what we can tell, there is a lack of integration between the B2BKing plugin and our plugin. Currently, B2BKing doesn’t provide a hook or filter that would allow us to build proper compatibility with their discount system—especially in the context of multi-currency setups.

    We’d really recommend reaching out to the B2BKing team and asking if they can provide a hook or API endpoint we can use. If they’re open to that, we’d be happy to look into adding compatibility from our side.”

    And this is my answer to your questions.

    1. Is this same pricing issue also occurring on the main cart page and checkout page? (or just the side cart)
      – The checkout page has the same issue.
    2. Are you only using B2BKing Core or also B2BKing Pro?

    Hello. I’ve found another plugin that doesn’t cause the wrong discount amount issue with Curcy, so will use this instead.

    Good to hear you found a different compatible plugin. Generally, we are best integrated with FOX but a few other plugins like WCML will work as well.

    We will look at adding more support for Curcy as well in future updates.
