Currency Switcher Add-on v1.3.3 JavaScript Error

Hi Give Currency Switcher Add-on authors,

FYI:

The JS method ‘getSupportedCurrencies’ from give-currency-switcher-frontend.(min.)js https://pastebin.com/0FfC3KwT produces an error https://pastebin.com/7MBWFA0U.

My thought is that this is due to give_cs_json_obj being set to {“form_xxx”:false} if the Currency Switcher is disabled on a per form bases and therefore Object.keys( supported_gateway_list ).forEach( function( key, value ) currently throws the error.
