Current Location then Search Google Maps Function

Hello – Ive been trawling the plugins and forums, google api site etc to figure out how what I thought would be quite a simple set of requirements, but cannot find what I want – I wanted to ask the forum if they know of such a plugin or way in which I can do the following:

1. create a new wordpress page – add some shortcode
2. Page loads and displays Maps.google.com
3. Requests current location (logs you in to google etc)
4. Shows a pin where you are
5. Allows a Google search of POI, i.e restaurants, bars etc
6. Displays them as pins on map
7. Possibly directions but not that important
8. Not related to my posts, pages, events etc
9. Responsive

Basically something that just hosts maps.google.com AND map search functionality in your webpage! (I tried iframes it didnt work without a lot of coding)

Is there something that I can to do get this sort of functionality without just linking to google but keeping it within my wordpress site?

I dont even mind if Bing has something either if its smart?
