Have you confirmed this when using the Twenty Eleven theme with all plugins deactivated on another server?

i don’t have another server to test on.. but i tested this on the latest version of wp and on a fresh install!

Well it’s not with me so what can the problem be???
general settings:
Timezone: Brussels
UTC time is 2011-10-22 9:45:42 Local time is 2011-10-22 11:45:42
However when i do echo date('H:m:s', current_time('timestamp'));
i get 11:10:58
..What can the problem be???

Come on??? I have no idea why this is happening.. Do i need to use another function then php time???
It seems gmt_offeset has no value in my blogs… can this be a problem???

Contact your hosting provider. This is obviously a server error because your server is what generates the current_time() function.
See if you can override it using this page for reference:
