• I am using WordPress 4.6.1 and LearnPress 2.1.0

    When I enter information in the Curriculum section of a course, it does not save. When I navigate away from the course and then come back to make edits, the lessons and sections are gone. If I then try to add or re-add lessons into the course curriculum, they do not save. I tried the same with WordPress 4.7 as well and with other themes and plugins turned off.

    @hienphan I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

    I do appreciate that you’re trying to support your users but that’s going too far. Please reply and let me know this isn’t going to the bit bucket.

    We are really sorry for this. In some cases, the problem of user’s LP does not occur with demo LP when we test on local. We will try to guide user to check for errors instead of contacting via email.
