• Hi there,

I am very new when it comes to building websites using wordpress but have been making my way through it. I have built a 3-image composition in which there are 3 sliders/image carousels side by side which autoplay through a variety of images. I’ve run into an issue where the images will pause if the cursor hovers above it- thus throwing off the timed sequence I’ve tried to create as I want all of the images to be communicating based off the autoplay times I have set.

I would like to know how to disable any type of action or response from the cursor hovering above the carousel slider images. I am not familiar with coding and have just been using the more user-friendly builders on the theme I have chosen, however I do know how to edit the code and would be willing to edit code if given the proper instructions.

The issue is on the main page – the page it opens to when going to the site.

    Thanks so much!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Sliders or carousels often have the option to pause when hovered. It gives the user a chance to see what is shown before it moves to the next image.
You will have to ask at the support forum for wherever you got the slider (theme or plugin) since WordPress does not provide that.

Thank you Joy, obviously I am not familiar with anything to do with WordPress. I will make my way over there!
