    I have the Block Email Editor enabled. I’m not sure how to insert the shortcode into the email content.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your additional information.

    Currently, the review button shortcode isn’t compatible with the Block Email Editor of WooCommerce. You can disable this feature to use the classic mode and insert the shortcode into the email additional content field.
