custom admin outside wp dashboard

Hi,

does anyone know of a plugin, or has anyone ever built sort of an admin ‘page’ or admin ‘section’ outside of wordpress ??

I need it so lots of people can edit just ‘their’ page, with a simple login, then a form with the contents of their page (title, content, some custom fields maybe..) and a submit button that updates the content of the database.

Probably I will expand this later, but if something exists or someone has built something like this, please let me know. Or anything that “looks” like this, or that’s something that updates the db from outside wp, I’d like to know which methods you used..
