I’m encountering a strange issue with the custom amount function in my Donations plugin. While the plugin works flawlessly for standard donation amounts, I’m facing problems when trying to donate custom amounts. For instance, entering £1.25 results in an error message “could not add donation to cart.”

I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
Checked Plugin Settings: Ensured that the minimum and maximum donation amounts are set appropriately and decimal places are allowed.
Verified PHP Configuration: Confirmed that the PHP memory limit is sufficient and the PHP version meets the plugin’s requirements.
Disabled Conflicting Plugins and Themes: Temporarily deactivated other plugins and switched to a default theme to isolate the issue. Despite these efforts, the problem persists. Has anyone else encountered similar issues or has any suggestions on how to resolve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi outlandviz,

    thanks for reaching out.
Is this issue resolved? I just tried to reproduce the issue on your site but it’s working as expected.

Unfortunately it’s still showing that issue, and it’s been reported to us by other users too – I have added a screenshot below of a random combination

Can you please activate 2 decimal places? It seems like you’re trying to add a donation amount that does not match the configured decimal places.

    Best, Jonas
