Custom Avatar Support?

Any chance there will be further implementation of avatar support in a future release. Currently, this plugin takes over any “custom avatar” plugin, and overwrites it without allowing the avatar to be locally changed. I know there are code to disable the avatar function entirely, but I am looking for more of a way for users to be in ultimate control of their avatars.

This also goes well for sites that want to opt out of certain users profile pics by providing a local overarching avatar for a person.

I don’t, know, just a thought.
