Custom Certificate/Coupon

Hi all,

Apologies if this isn’t specific enough, but I’m trying to do something that I’m having trouble finding information on (probably because I’m not sure how to phrase what I’m looking for in a search function).

I have an AWeber form on my WP site for people to sign up for a program. As part of the incentive to join the program, we want to offer a printable certificate good for a free gift at a participating business.

The gift remains the same for every customer, but I would like to be able to populate the certificate with the customer’s name, company name, today’s date, and a date 30 days in the future (for expiration).

I’ve looked up the javascript necessary to include a registrant’s name from AWeber onto a page, but how do I make it display today’s date in a given location? How about 30 days in the future?
