Custom checkout field problem

Hi,

I have Booster plus installed on a website.

I am facing the following problem:

I create a checkout custom file, which is a drop down list with some values. You can refer to the attached image to see how I implemented it. This dropdown is shown in the checkout page, allowing the customer to select the location where the products will be shipped.

Once the order is done, administrator can see the selected value in the orders page.

The problem arises once the administrator changes the order status from the orders page. Once he does that and clicks the update button, the selected value is reset to the first value of the drop down list. Please see the attached image to see what I mean.

I already sent a support email on Monday25/04 using this email account : [email protected]. You requested the website’s details to investigate the issue. I provided everything, but i did not hear from you since then.

Please advise as soon as possible since this is quite urgent to resulve.
