custom colour names

Hello there! Awesome plugin!
we offer a variety of planters that come in diff colours and textures.
How can I add a custom name to the colours so instead of the #HEX name it actually display the colour that the planter is available with.
Also instead of colour is is possible to add an image so I can show the textures?
currently I just show a simple image but I like how your plug in displays it as it is more dynamic.
