Custom Column Data

Hi,
I tried to find this information in the support forum but no luck. Is it possible (maybe by modifying attributes in the plugin) for the date column to show the expiration date of the document instead of the modified date?
To explain: This expiration date I’m talking about was attributed at the time of the file upload, however this upload was done through another plugin (we need this expiration date information so we used another plugin for the upload). So my question is, if this expiration date already exists in the db, would it be possible for File Away, through coding maybe, to get this expiration date instead of the modification date of the file? Or maybe for this expiration date to appears in a new custom column?
