Verbo is one of my favourite themes; no wonder I gladly chose it for my personal webpage. I was able to tweak a few minor stylesheets so the theme would fit even better into my own idea of my blog. Currently I hit a hard nut, as the title implies, because I can for the life of me not figure out how to customize the css for the comment area.

If you look into my last post, you will see, that the comment is absolutely unformatted, e.g. there are no breaks in the text, even though the user did actually inserted some – it looks somewhat messy.

Could you please point my towards the appropriate way of adapting it properly?

    Regards

first of all in your comment ( text ) you not have the paragraphs or others html tags.

try edit your comment and put the paragraphs !

this is quite embarrassing – thanks for your assistance! I just donated sth for your effort & your great theme.

Just one last minor question: Is there a way so the comments can be properly formatted without manually editing them? In the dashboard they display properly with breaks, even without added br-tags. It seems the information gets lost on the way.

And sorry again for my poor knowledge of coding, it has been quite a while.

    cheers

I am not sure but i think that this is not possible. I use standard wordpress function echo get_comment_text();.

And I think that wordpress reviewers not allow me to make changes over the content returned by the standard function.
