Hi. I want to change some default CSS styles, for example, on the .wpsc-shortcode-container class I’m trying to set the border to “none” inside the WordPress customer, but I doesn’t work. However, when I try the Google Inspector and I modify the CSS it works. Is it possible to personalize some default classes?

By the way, your plugin is fantastic. Congratulations for the great job.

  • Hello Orlando,

Thanks for contacting us and appreciation.

You can try the !important property while adding the custom css. Add those custom CSS at Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Advanced CSS.

Make sure, you are running the SupportCandy script on only support pages to avoid CSS override. You can find this setting at Support > Settings > Page Settings > Load Script > Select Custom > Select support pages > Save the changes.

I hope this will help you. Please feel free to get back to us if you need any other assistance.

    Thank you.
