Custom CSS Box not accepting text

    Hi, I have a Deluxe WP Business Site account (?) and a website that is live: prismhypnotherapyseattle.com
    I was of the understanding that I should be able to utilize the Custom CSS text box,
    but when I try to click into the Custom CSS tab of “Appearance” heading on my WP dashboard, I cannot type anything in to save it. (I’m simply trying to add two lines of CSS to HIDE the tag links on my blogs)

    Please help! thank you

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
