Custom CSS doesn' work

    Hi,
    as stated by the README, I created my custom class:

    .text-hover-qtip {
    background: rgba(238, 30, 30, 0.83);
    border-radius: 3px;
    color: #FFFFFF;
    font-family: arial,sans-serif;
    border: #AA3131;
    border-style: solid;
    border-width: 1px;
    }

    But it’s not used – I had to copy paste this in assets/text-hover.css for the design to update, otherwise in my custom CSS it doesn’t.
    The cache, etc.. everything has been cleared out, so it’s not a caching issue
