custom css doesn’t work

I modified the custom css, but it doesn’t work. What should I do?
The “crp-style-name” class I created does not appear in the div tag.

I used “.crp-rounded-thumbs”. But it doesn’t apply. If applied, the list of related posts in the sidebar should be centered, but it is not yet centered.
I want to center the list of related posts. How can I use custom css?
