Custom CSS – grab what file?

    Under Tutorials/Custom List File it says

    First, grab this and paste it into the “Custom List Classes” textfield on the Custom CSS tab. Then, grab this and paste it into the CSS editor on the Custom CSS tab or into your own CSS document.

    But the links that say ‘grab this’ do not link to anything. The link appears to be http://mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=file-away#.

    What file should I be grabbing?
