custom css handled first

The custom css should be handled after the css that is switched by the settings. Unfortunately the custom css is handled first. The “settings css” overwrites the custom css.

This can be seen e.g. if you switch on/off the box-shadow. If it is switched off, the relevant css is none!important and overwrites my custom css.
