Custom css in 1.4.1?

Hello,

I noticed that some of the colors I changed with the custom css options weren’t applied anymore since updating from 1.4.0 to 1.4.1.

Switching back to 1.4.0 resolved the issue.

Steps to reproduce:
– Add custom css and apply:
/* Change color of the header line on top of the page */
.sticky-header {
border-top-color: #e2ae2f;
border-top-width: 14px;
}

WP is the latest version. I have the same behavior in Chrome and Firefox.
