    Hi,

I have been testing out your plugin on my site. I initially customised the CSS and saved it in my theme’s style.css. This worked great.

However I updated your plugin a few weeks back and now it seems that the plugin is not looking at my style.css page for the edits. However when I add the same changes inside the plugins “Custom CSS” section the changes are applied.

Has something changed to stop the plugin looking at a themes style.css? How can I make it so that it does?

    Cheers.

  • Hi @tomhargreaves,

with the latest plugin updates some of the CSS classes were changed. I assume you have to adjust your CSS in order to be valid for the new markup.

I tested adding custom styles via theme as well as custom css on the plugin settings page and it works fine for me.

    my css seems fine.

as i said the same css works in your plugins custom css section, but not in my style.css (every other area of my site is reading from this css file just fine.

i checked the css is correct in my browsers developer tools as well.

is anyone else having this issue?

Ah sorry I read that it’s NOT working in the custom css field.

If you like feel free to send me an email including a link to a post/page where you placed the plugin shortcode and I’ll take a quick look if your styles might be overwritten elsewhere.

In general the plugin has nothing to do with the style.css file of your theme. There might be another issue here.

    Hey,

I’ve sent an email to you, as my issue is still ongoing.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Cheers,
    Tom

Thanks Tom. As mentioned in the ticket, the html structure of the plugin templates changed and you have to adjust your existing css.
