Custom css still not working

Hallo, this issue is not solved, the behavior before was, if you had custom css, the pixel size in the custom css was used, now, the element formatting is used. I solved it temporarily with !important in the custom css, but that is not as intended. Probably, there should be a clear option that when you have something in the custom css filed, that formatting should be used. Now, that is not the case.
