I can’t create a tutorial for that.
The best way to put your own CSS, it’s to use the textarea at the end of the Widget available with this plugin.

Is available to help you finding the good class.
If you don’t want to use the widget, you should add your styles inside style.css file in your current WP theme (or Child theme), using the same classes mentionned in the documentation.
