Custom date picker and checkbox fields

Hi,
Thanks to this documentation
https://wpjobmanager.com/document/resume-manager-editing-submission-fields/ I was able to add a text fields. But could you show me an example of how to add a start and end date selection field. This is necessary e.g. if the job is temporary, then the user will see from which date and until which date the job should be done.

Please show a snippet on how to add dates and checkbox fields for various options.
