When I try to edit the email templates in Settings -> Email only the title is saved and all other changes are ignored.

After that I tried to customize them by directly putting the php files in my theme (/theme/ultimate-member/templates/email) but this isn’t working either.

I am using Ultimate member version 2.0.25. Anyone experiencing the same problem?

Hi @mnmulder,

It looks like a conflict with your theme or other plugins.
Please do a conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

It does indeed seem to be a theme conflict. Do you have any tips on how to go about fixing this?

Please let us know what theme do you use?
Make sure that you have the latest version of the theme installed.

It’s a completely custom theme so I’m not sure what might be the problem.
