Hi,
Are you sure? We have tried replicating this issue but all works on our end. Is there no red notification showing on top of the page saying you have used a character that is not allowed?
Best,
Eva
Hi,
nothing.
I tried to delete and recreate the feed as many as 5 times.
I don’t understand why first one went well…
I tried to install the plugin into another site I manage and I obtained the same issue on first feed I created.
You are absolutely clear this notification is not showing when you try creating a custom field:

Hi,
yes I am.
My custom fields names are usually: name, size or composite with underscore (size_color).

Alessandro
We have tried to replicate the issue at hand but every time we try all works just fine, all fields save. See for example:

Could you give me a full screenshot of the attribute page with all mappings you want to create?
All the best,
Eva
Hi,
I tried again to create custom fields, but when I hit save button, then went back to check, only last one I created remained.
I taked before and after screenshots.

Hi,
Thanks for the screenshots, that helped.
What I assume you are doing is to first remove all the default mappings the plugin puts in and than start adding the new custom mappings you need? The plugin is having an issue with that but there is a way around. Just follow these steps:
1. Remove all default fields apart from the first one (Product ID);
2. Start adding all custom fields you need;
3. Save the mappings;
4. Go back to the attribute mapping page;
5. Remove the first mapping (Product ID);
6. Save
That should solve the issue at hand.
Let me know if it worked out for you. In the mean time we will work on a permanent fix.
All the best,
Eva
Hi,
THANK YOU, it worked!
Hope you release the fix as soon as possible for this annoying issue!
Thanks again,
