    Hello,

    I’ve noted that when users who are already registered and logged in make a purchase via WooCommerce, data previously stored in UR fields is being cleared. Disabling the “Sync checkout registration” option seems to stop the issue from occurring but I want these fields shown during checkout.

    I have submitted a support ticket about this but thought I should post on the forum in case anyone else is having the same issue.

    Plugin version 1.7.3. I have the conditional logic, advanced fields and WooCommerce extensions installed.

    We have received your query in email and as per the latest update, you mentioned the issue is solved by disabling the User Registration > Settings > WooCommerce > Sync checkout registration. So, I am resolving this ticket.

    Thanks for your reply, though I don’t consider the issue to be resolved. Activating one of the advertised features of a paid add-on shouldn’t disrupt the behavior of the core plugin.

    While I can disable Sync checkout registration, doing so also removes UR fields from the WooCommerce checkout, meaning I’ll have to add them manually via functions.php. At that point, I might as well have not used the plugin to begin with.

    Apologies for getting back to you late but we are glad to let you know that the issue has been fixed and we have already pushed the update of the WooCommerce Add-on. I hope you have updated to the latest version.

    Thank you for the quick update,

    I’ve installed 1.1.3 and it seems to have fixed the problem. I’ve only performed one test with the new version, though. Will let you know if I have any further trouble.
