(This thread should be in the Broken Link Checker forum, not the Admin Menu Editor forum.)
To make the plugin check custom fields, you need to go to “Settings -> Link Checker -> Look For Links In” and enable the “Custom fields” option. Then click the “Configure” link and enter the name of the custom field(s) in the text box.
Note that this will only work with custom fields that contain a single URL and nothing else.
Sorry! I was searching in Broken Link Checker forum and I don’t know why I am here :/ (is my first post in support forums, and the search option is so strange).
But, I don’t know what is a custom field. I haven’t idea how to write it there. How can I know the name of the custom fields?

There’s no single answer. Check the documentation of the plugin you’re using – maybe there’s a list of what custom fields it uses. Or maybe the plugin developer could tell you. Or it could be that the plugin doesn’t use custom fields at all and instead stores its data in custom database tables, in which case you’re be out of luck (BLC doesn’t have the ability to find links in custom tables).
