Custom field added with empty value

I created a form for a custom post.
I add element in the form for register the customs fields.

When i submit the form, the custom post is created but the values of customs fields in the custom post are empty. But not in “message” of the plugin Gravity Form.

Impossible to record correctly the value in a custom post.
