I have answered your ticket on our support portal, but I wanted to update the reason for this issue here as well so it might help others.
The issue is occurring because you are not using the PRO Features add-on and are still using the old Custom Fields add-on. We have integrated multiple add-ons into the PRO Features add-on, meaning the Custom Fields functionality is now part of it.
Please refer to this article: https://wpdocs.latepoint.com/which-addons-are-part-of-a-pro-bundle-in-version-5/. Remove the Custom Fields add-on, install the PRO Features add-on, and ensure that both LatePoint and the PRO Features add-on are updated to the latest version. This should resolve the issue.
