I created a custom field Image.
When I try to upload an image:
1) Save all changes – doesn’t change the image
2) Insert into post – gives message: “The CCTM plugin was unable to determine the ID of the related item. Avoid using alternate sizes of images.”

Any help is appreciated.

How are you trying to upload the image? See https://code.google.com/p/wordpress-custom-content-type-manager/issues/detail?id=510

If you’re trying to load from a URL, then that’s not something that’s supported. If not, then it might be that WordPress has changed the HTML formatting of its asset items. Please follow that issue in the bug-tracker and/or provide additional details there.
