Custom field in post

    Hi hope you are doing well
    I am very confused with this type of settting, I want to select manually in post that this movie is with subtitle and other is upcoming for example. ( sub/raw/upcoming) setting in movie site. And how can i display it on each post.
    Please solve my problem I am waiting for your fastest response
