Custom field rendering

great plugin, really useful, many thanks.

I was wondering if you’d be able to help me with the code for the custom rendering. I’ve been through all the documentation and seen the pages on custom rendering, but after hours, I just can’t figure out what the code should look like in my case.

I’ve got a simple text field called “duration”. Please take a look at the image link below:

On the top is shown how the field is rendered currently by default with label and the output next to each other.

On the bottom is what I ideally want to achieve with the field. So I’ve got an icon on the left and then the label on the top right with the field output just below the label on the bottom right.
I wanted to use DIV tags for this field for it to be responsive on mobile phones.

Would you be please able to point me to the right direction? How my custom code should look like?
