  • At this time the only available fields are the fields included with the plugin. So the short answer is no, custom fields can’t be added right now.

With that said if there are fields that should be included with the plugin we can certainly add them.

We may include the ability to add custom fields in the future, but it hasn’t come up as something to be included in the near future.

    Scott,

Thanks for taking the time to answer my question so quickly.

As a premised based CRM user for almost 2 decades, with experience in very early computer based sales and service automation, I strongly suggest you add a component that allows for both custom fields and custom screens or views of the data in the system.

I think you’ll find that almost every company that needs a CRM has a varied view of contact and customer information, as well methods of monitoring and maintaining current lead status. These are usually done through some version of field and view customization.

Being from the old Clipper, and dBase worlds, those fields should be capable of being populated, by the user, by web lead, by automation, with any of multiple, pre=programmed content data, to simplfy lead management.

That said… I’m glad you’ve entered this fray with this plugin. I hope it does well for you and your users.

Thank you for your input. I will put this on the development to-do list and hopefully will have this feature in an update in the near future.
    Thanks again!
