custom fields

Hi, I like this plugin but I have a few things thats holding me back using it.

– Are you gonig to support additional fields in the comment form and comment display? for example I like customer to input age or location.

– I like to used this for a review section of my site, because it support the like/dislike rating. However right now its missing a star rating. Can you add a star rating for each comment user input, I think that will make this plugin alot more usefull for review like systems.
