Custom Fields and Categories

Hi Support,

I am considering Real Testimonials and need some clarity on the following please:

1. Collection Form Fields: Is it possible to add a dropdown box to the review collection form so a reviewer can select a business category when submitting a review?
2. Add Categories during Approval: When approving a submitted review, can the moderator add categories to the review before publishing?
3. Google Icon on Grid Cards: When adding reviews manually, how can I display a Google icon on the grid cards on the archive page to indicate some reviews are from Google my Business?
