Good day, I have seen this topic and it is marked as resolved, however, the solution if any was not shared, it reference a support request on the website. Since this relates to the free plugin on WordPress, i am asking for the solution if any to be shared here. I tried first with GeoDirectory and I encountered this, so I tried with JetEngine which is listed as compatible to see if there would be a difference, and none it is the same. On activating this plugin and selecting the option “Add Price Field And Others Meta Fields: ” all metaboxes are not displayed other than the WooCommerce metabox, why?

    Thank you for your message.

We are currently on vacation, so our replies may be delayed — apologies for the inconvenience.

As for the issue you mentioned, it’s difficult to determine the exact cause without accessing the site and checking the setup ourselves. It could be related to a setting in JetEngine that may not be fully compatible, but we can’t say for sure without seeing it directly.

That’s why we usually ask users to contact us through the website, so we can investigate the issue properly.

Feel free to submit a support request through the website, and once we’re back, we’ll be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.

    Thanks again
