Custom Fields – Hidden Fields – Default Values – Picklists

    Hi All
    I thought I would post this here, I was having issues setting a hidden field’s default value when it was a Picklist in my Zendesk form. To achieve this, set it to the tag value not the label value.

    For example, instead of “Bacon For DInner” the value would be bacon_for_dinner.

    Hope that helps someone else.

    Thanks for post this Gareth! Hopefully it will be useful to people. I think we will also add it as a note in the plugin UI.

    We really need to create some proper documentation for this plugin soon. It has been on the “todo” list for over a year 🙃
