Custom Fields in Content Output – Revised

Similar to the posting with the same title but I am searching for a solution still. My question is whether this is possible by upgrading to a premium account and if so, how do I upgrade? I know this is a complete noob question but would appreciate any advice.

Especially if an example could be offered in regards to how the functionality operates if I were to upgrade.
