Custom Fields in Donation Receipt

I’m attempting to include some of the custom fields I’ve added using the “Form Field Manager” plugin to my donation receipt, but the tags never are replaced with the values entered by the donor. I’ve tried using both the meta key and the field label, but neither seems to work. I’m surrounding the tags with the {} symbols as is done with the other tags.

Any suggestions?
