Custom Fields in User Blogs

    Is there a way to show custom or additional fields for user submitted blogs?

    For example we currently have

    *Title*
    *Description*
    *Tags*
    *Content Privacy*

    I would like to customise these fields to

    *Title*
    *Text area 1*
    *Text area 2*
    etc etc
