Custom fields MySQL update?

    I have about 400 posts that use a specific custom field name which I want to change to a different one, but as you can see 400 posts editing them will take a long time. Is there a MySQL query I can run to mass change them?

    I have “image_box” which I want changed to “image”. These are both custom field names for the post.
