Custom fields not displaying

    Can you send a screenshot of the Product Page to [email protected]? It’s hard to know what might be wrong just based on a description.

    I think I have the same problem also, the custom fields only display if you use custom display layout without the fancybox.

    With fancybox, the pop up when you click more details only shows the basic page layout, without of the changes made in the layout editor.

    Hi Jmobbs,

    Yes, that’s correct. For the original issue, “Custom Product Page” needs to be set to “Yes” for the custom layout to display.

    Is there any way to make the custom fields/custom layout options visible when using the fancybox style of product page?

    Hi Jmobbs,

    Not really, potentially dozens of gridster elements would have to be initialized, which would take up a whole lot of resources.
