Thanks for your question. There are only a few common reasons why custom fields may not be copied during duplication.
Please check the following:
* Make sure you are using the correct duplication profile.
* Open the profile settings and verify that custom fields support is enabled in the “Elements to copy” section.
* If you’re using ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) or another custom fields plugin, please let us know which tool you used to create the fields.
You can enable full metadata copying in the profile settings. In the plugin General Settings, you can also enable more advanced ACF support for better compatibility with complex field structures.
