I have installed and created registration form for a doctor’s profile. That form is working fine. But now I want more fields to ask him to update his profile. In update profile form I used custom form fields. None of the filed is saved in wp_usermeta table but showing in frontend. Can someone please help me to resolve this problem.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @sainisunil

Are you sure that you’re checking the right *_usermeta table? Is your site in Multi-site network setup?

Thank you for your response. This is single site network setup. I have checked all my tables. There is no entry of any custom fields in any table.

    Hi @sainisunil

Sorry for the late response. Could you please try the latest version of the UM plugin and see if the issue goes away?

Feel free to re-open this thread if there’s any question that may come up.
