Custom File List Issue

    I have 2 wordpress sites at

    1. http://www.example.com
    2. http://www.example.com/trouble

    Now I am activating CDN using cloudfront with W3TC on the second website

    Using {wp_content_dir}/uploads/* store data in the s3 bucket ignoring the /trouble path causing 404 errors for the files.

    How can I fix this. Can I use absolute urls?
