What are you seeking to do with these behaviours? The custom fields are repeated for every orders created.
As for the payments, they are set under Options > Payment, and would allow you to require payment for every order created. You will be required to link to to your PayPal account in order to receive them.
Let us know if you require additional help regarding the payments.

I am not sure what you mean by “What are you seeking to do with these behaviours?” I am sorry for something misunderstood. I am just trying to get help. Here is more clarity on it
1) Repeater fields is not in paid plug-in
The repeater field allows you to create a set of sub fields which can be repeated again and again whilst editing content!

I expected this in paid version
2) Conditional logic
on selection of one fields if i wanted to hide/show set of sub fields thats not available
3) Payment
I have added my paypal id but not sure where can i add amount and payment can be done

We apologize for not having this functionality for repeaters fields and the conditional logic. However, this is a great feature suggestion for the future.
3) In Payment Options => “Allow Order Payment by Paypal” must be set to yes and enter your paypal e-mail address. After you save it, you will be able to see “order price” when creating an order.
