Custom Filter for Syncing Multiple Users?

Dear MailChimp User Sync,
I have a WordPress site that has two user membership levels. Your plugin allows me to sync one role with a MailChimp list, but it is possible to sync another role – perhaps using a filter? If so, may I please have the syntax for the filter?
